Individual Services / Coaching Sessions

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Sessions cancelled with proper notice may be rescheduled at no extra cost.

Sessions cancelled without proper notice may not be eligible for a refund.
Packages or Prepaid Services

If you purchase a package of sessions or services, unused sessions may be eligible for a partial refund if requested in advance.

Refund amounts will be prorated based on the sessions used.

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Online Products or Digital Content
Due to the digital nature of our guides, ebooks, or downloadable content, all sales are final unless there is a technical issue that prevents access.
